3. St. E Camera Club
We are excited to share a new organization that is dedicated to digital photography: The St. E Camera Club.
This club will help join parishioners to explore, educate and exhibit photographs.
We currently have a number of passionate and talented photographers at St. E.
Our Camera Club is for them and anyone in the community with an interest in photography.
The St. E Camera Club will meet regularly to share photographs.
We intend to select our favourite photos for an exhibition in October 2019.
Please contact Annie Chan for more information.
4. Food Drive for the Mississauga Food Bank
Parishioners are encouraged to contribute non-perishable food items into the food collection boxes before April 23.
5. Praying for the Infirmed During Sunday Service
Unless there is a special request from the infirmed, the PAB members have discussed and suggest the intercessors to not name the illness of the infirm when we are doing the Prayers of the People at our Sunday services. Parishioners should contact the infirmed, Fr. Bill or Anna Lo (the chair of our Caring Ministry) if they want to know more about the condition of the infirmed.
6. Housekeeping Chores
Spring is here and we should start thinking about how to maintain our lawn and landscaping so that it can remain healthy and beautiful. Please mark Saturday, April 27th on your calendar because it will be our “Spring Landscaping Day” from 9 a.m. until noon. Hope you can join and help us with clean-up and landscaping at church. Details will follow later. Also, we are looking for volunteers who can help with lawn mowing from May to September on your own schedule. If you think you can help, please contact Tali Wong or email to firstname.lastname@example.org so we can schedule and plan ahead.
7. Natural Church Development Survey
Our parish commits to do a Natural Church Development (NCD) survey again this year. Parishioners who meet with the participation criteria will be contacted individually about taking the survey. Individual request is being sent out, to determine the availability of the parishioner and the language preference for the survey. Please kindly give us response as soon as possible. Participating in this survey is necessary for the church to hear the voices from the parishioners and it is important to the growth of the parish. The actual survey will be held May 5, from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. Light refreshments will be provided.

Church Donation Envelopes
Church donation envelopes are available on the front desk. For those who have donation numbers, you have four different kinds of envelopes: Operation, Thanksgiving, Building and Special. Tax receipts will be issued for donations over $10 within a year. If you are interested to have a donation number, please contact Josephine Cheung.
Starting in January 2019, our good stewardship program will be changed. To reduce the administration time and cost maintaining the program, we will join the Pre-Authorized Remittance (PAR) program from the National office of the United Church of Canada. Over 100 parishes in our diocese are currently using them. For the existing donors on the good stewardship program, we will prepare the new registration form and our wardens will reach out to you in person for the transition process. This is also the best time for anyone to join the program. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact the Good Stewardship coordinator Amy Chiu (email@example.com) or the churchwardens.
