- April 27 Diocese of Toronto Moving to Green Stage - Diocese of Toronto will move to Green Stage – the removal of all COVID-19 restrictions, except the vaccine policy for staff and volunteers – as of April 27. 
- Parish to decide and inform Bishop if not removing all restrictions yet 
- Current Spring Guidelines will remain in place until April 27 - Masks will continue to be mandatory for worship until then. 
- During worship one person at a time may unmask for the purposes of liturgical speaking, e.g., preaching, reading or spoken intercessions. Masks may be removed for eating and drinking using “restaurant rules”. Parish employees, staff and volunteers may now remove their masks indoors when working at a distance from others 
 
- St. E will follow Diocese and remove all restrictions on April 27 - Masks – optional for all 
- Communion of 2 kinds to be offered (Begin in June) - Priest to dip the communion wafer into the wine chalice then give to each communicant – same as before 
- Communicant can indicate to priest if they do not wish to partake the communion in both kinds

- Lenten Studies (Cantonese) stechurch.com/lent - The Cantonese Ministry will be providing selected articles in Cantonese for your devotional studies during the Lent season. There will be one article per week for a total of seven weeks. These articles are taken from “Spirituality through the Liturgical Seasons” of the Working Group for Discipleship Training of the Steering Committee of the Hong Kong Sheng Kung Hui Church Policy Paper. We would like to thank the Chairman, The Very Rev. Samson Fan for his kind permission to allow St. Elizabeth’s Church to use such articles. These articles will be sent through our “Love and Pandemic” network. As well, they will be uploaded to the St. E website. We encourage all, during this Lent season, to regularly meditate, pray and reflect on the questions set out at the end of these devotional articles.
