  3. Condolences

    • Our dear parishioner Michael Ning's father, Joseph Ning, peacefully passed away at the hospital, embraced by his beloved family, on Wednesday, April 3rd, 2024. May the peace of our Lord be with Joseph and his family at this difficult time. Please keep them in your prayers.

    • Friends and family are invited to pay their respects during the visitation at the Highland Funeral Home - Scarborough Chapel, located at 3280 Sheppard Ave E, Scarborough, on Saturday, April 13, 2024, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Following the visitation, the funeral service will commence at noon.

    • A reception meal will be held at New Century Restaurant, at 398 Ferrier St #108, Markham, ON L3R 2Z5, beginning at 2:00 p.m.

  4. Sat 4/20 4pm Ordination of Rev. Carol Shih into Priesthood

    • Congratulations to The Rev. Carol Shih, who is a Deacon in the Diocese and had been placed at St E during 2021, will be ordained Priest on Saturday, April 20, at 4 p.m. at the Anglican Church of St Timothy, North Toronto (100 Old Orchard Grove).

  5. Diocesan Confirmation Service

    • Date: Sunday April 21 at 4:30pm

    • Location: St. James’ Cathedral

    • Rev. Leung will be leading confirmation preparation class in 3 sessions:

      • Saturdays March 16, 23 & April 13 starting at 11am

  6. English Ministry Book Study

    • Starting from March 13, Rev. Leung will lead a Wednesday night book study on “Introducing the Christian Faith” by Arthur Michael Ramsey. We will be using the same zoom link as the Wednesday night Prayer Meeting. The book study will take place twice a month with follow-up discussions on a WhatsApp Chat group.
