Sat Sep 19 St. E Walkathon Fundraiser was a Great Success!
Thanks be to God for His grace and for the support of all our brothers, sisters, and friends. The Walkathon Fundraiser was successfully completed yesterday. Based on our initial estimate, the event raised about $10,000, well above our original goal. The final amount will be announced once the accounts have been finalized.
Once again, thank you, brothers and sisters, for actively taking part in fundraising and volunteering for God’s house—our church. May the Lord Himself reward you for all your hard work. We would also like to extend a special thank-you to Carolyn, the administrator of Toronto Pet Group, for sponsoring the banner for our walkathon fundraiser.
We are tentatively planning to present awards to the top three fundraisers on our Church Anniversary Day, October 4. Each top fundraiser will receive a commemorative gift.
May we continue to pray that the Lord will guide all the ministries of our church and provide all the resources we need.

“Bring the full tithe into the storehouse, so that there may be food in my house, and thus put me to the test, says the Lord of hosts; see if I will not open the windows of heaven for you and pour down for you an overflowing blessing.” (Malachi 3:10)
